Dear Parents,
Thank you for choosing South Piedmont Community College Summer Camps for your child.
At South Piedmont, we view each session of summer camp as an investment in the continued
education, personal enrichment and renewal of each child. This year, we are
offering a variety of camps for children and young adults that teach
important skills, broaden cultural and creative horizons, develop critical
thinking skills and enhance technical abilities.
Most camps run Mondays –
Thursdays, in the morning hours, however we do offer (1) all day camp. (Please make sure to pack a
lunch/snack and beverages for your child as necessary, as we are not providing a meal for the all-day camp).
Please have your child wear clothing that is comfortable to them. We do ask that campers wear closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Please reference each camp you are registering your child for, as they may have additional information.
Before completing the attached registration packet, please note:
- You can choose one or multiple camps, depending on your schedule and the interests of your child. You can register and checkout multiple students if they are in the same camp, but if you are registering students for different camps, each camp is a separate transaction. *Note: If you registered students in a previous year and use the same email to log in, you will be able to add students from saved information without retyping all of the information. You will have the option to edit the previous information.
- We cannot register a child (or hold a spot) until we receive your payment.
- All summer camp registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event a camp becomes full, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted immediately if there is an opening.
- ***Please be sure to make note of the camp age requirements. Students must be the age required as of the first day of the camp.***
How to register:
After your child is registered, we will contact you via e-mail
with important details regarding your specific camp, such as drop-off and
pick-up information. Typically, we send these emails about a week before the
camp starts.
But if you have any questions in the meantime, please do not
hesitate to contact us by phone at 704-290-5100 or by email at summercamps@spcc.edu. We
look forward to meeting your child and spending some fun-filled, educational
time together!
